Blackheads and Its Causes - Do You Know?

If you are suffering from acnes, then most likely, you will also be experiencing blackheads. Teenage has the most cases in having acnes and blackheads. Although blackheads are not that visible unlike acnes, treating this must be done carefully.

Blackheads are formed when the oils that are excreted by our body clogs our pores. It is medically known as an open comedone. Once the blockage stops the natural excretion of oil in our body, it will then form now to what we call blackheads.

Touching our face with our unclean hands could also be the cause of these blackheads. Avoid touching your face with your hand if not necessary as hand could be the way for the bacteria to enter your sensitive skin face.

Taking care of acnes is just like taking care of your blackheads. Pricking your acnes could cause scarring and will leave your skin reddish. If you have done them before, never try again. There are certain ways to eliminate blackheads but never with your fingers.

Most of us spend our day outside with pollution and dirt becomes our cosmetics. Cleaning your face with a mild soap can do the magic. Although it doesn't stop blackheads from appearing, it will lessen its growth in the easiest way possible.

And just when you thought that you don't know what to do with your blackheads, use your common sense. By now, you probably know why blackheads build up. Since blackheads clogs our pores, then we get rid of them trough opening our pores.

Damping your face with a warm cloth is the first way in opening your pores. Leave it for a few minutes. As long as it is bearable, even standing in a boiling pot could also do the trick. Once the pores on your face are open, you can now remove them by washing it on lukewarm water. Never wash it with regular water as this will only reverse the condition of your pores.

Taking care of your skin doesn't necessarily mean spending a lot of cash. There are numerous home remedies to this problem. Having an appointment with your doctor is still the best way to do if you are not certain about this home remedies.
